About The Coach
I am Chelle, I am a 52 year young mother of 3 (including twins) and I love helping women aged 35-60 who are busy balancing family and career do what they need to do to strengthen their body and mind. I am originally from France and in Switzerland since 2012 but my fitness journey started in California where I lived for 12 years and where I participated in group exercise classes before starting training as a professional in 2011.
